I love to sketch and drawing is something that fills my time when I am not writing. I know that there are some of you who would like to create but do not have the tools that will help you create your own images, for a blog post or for your avatar. So I have compiled some tools here to spark creativity in you! I have chosen several tools here that are easy to use with simple instructions to follow.

My Oats
Myoats is a community where people create designs using an online drawing application. These designs can be rated, downloaded, and archived. The Most Liked designs are rewarded by being featured on the home page.
You can create simple or complex designs, shapes and patterns. After your creation is done, you can download the image itself or download a transparent png that you can use on your site or on your social networking site. You can even create wallpapers. All one needs to do is sign up and you are ready to go!
Scribbls
You can even make use of it like a game! It is really fun! Plus it just allows you to let your creativity flow. Just sign up and the tool is free!
Scribbls is a site that lets you draw images freehand. You are given 2 blocks of words that you need to put together and then draw the possible outcome of that 2 blocks of drawings.
Queeky Paint
Queeky is a drawing community online. They share a unique drawing tool and they share their work and comment and rate the works of the members.
What is cool with this application is that you can collaborate with each other and even create a design together!
The interface is similar to that of PhotoShop. You can even save your drawing and allow people to see how you done it! Like the ones you see when you wath speed drawings on tutorials.
Tersus
Tersus is a Visual Programming Platform for creating rich web applications. Simply draw flow diagrams and Tersus will bring your application to life.
Tersus is open source. The vision of Tersus is to fundamentally change the way software is created and maintained. Instead of coding or scripting, developers draw diagrams of their applications (called “models”), which define everything: screen layout, rich client side behavior, and server side processes.
